Flow Valve Solenoid Connections
The CB-30 uses an electronic optically isolated TRIAC to control the valve solenoid during the Batch process
ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO CONNECT THE HOT AC LINE TO TERMINAL #21 AND THE NEUTRAL TO THE SOLENOID.
At the beginning of the Batch the
normally open
contacts will close, allowing the AC supply to energize the solenoid and open
the valve At the end of the Batch the contact will open and interrupt the AC supply to the solenoid, therefore closing the
valve The TRIAC is field replaceable
