Operation
The consistency of the pastry or the declaration mixture should be
such that it easily flows from the motif discs or the nozzles and re-
mains affixed onto the baking paper or the item being decorated.
Please note that dough that was placed in the refrigerator for too long
can become too firm for processing.
If the dough is too soft for processing, place it in the refrigerator for
approx. 15 minutes or add a little more flour to the dough.
Cleaning
Clean the unit thoroughly after each use and before you intend to use
it again.
Only use a lightly moistened cloth to clean the outside housing. Do not
use any aggressive detergents or similar for cleaning. Do not use any
metallic or sharp tools as this could damage the surfaces of the unit.
Do not immerse the motor unit into water or other liquids.
