The instrument
range
may be selected by the hardware jumpers or by this software range setup.
To use the
software setup, you must remove all of the four hardware jumpers.
In the any fixed range, if the measured concentration is outside of the selected range or outside of the
display’s ability, the value will be shown in PPM oxygen, and the display will flash. Analog Output ranges
never extend.

USER CONFIG. 4: SERIAL (SERVICE) PORT OUTPUT FORMAT
The Serial Service Port Output can be
configured for several output modes.
In the standard access, the PC or printer will receive a steady stream of information via an ASCII dump.
Information includes oxygen concentration, alarm status, mode status, and Fault status. There are several timed
update formats of the ASCII dump available:

Output tailored to reading by human
•
Machine, no checksum
Output tailored to use by a host computer

Machine w/ Checksum
Output includes a trailing Checksum to insure data integrity

Tab Delimited
Output uses tabs and may be used by a printer, host computer, or DAQ
