Toddler Car Seat (With Built-in
Harness) Installation and Use
- DO NOT use the Car Seat if the harness assembly can be-
come loose. Check to see if the harness adjuster area is free
of dirt. Contact Baby Trend at 1-800-328-7363 for assistance.
To remove your child:
1. Unbuckle Harness Clip – press on the
tabs in the top and bottom of the Harness
Clip

and pull apart
(2)
to open the
Harness Clip.
2. Unbuckle the Harness Buckle to
open the Harness System
3. Slide the Harness straps off the child’s
shoulders and arms.
4. Remove your child.

WARNING!
DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can occur:
• Child must be at least 4 years old
and
weigh at least 40 lbs. (18.1 kg) to use
the Booster Mode.
• Use only the vehicle’s lap/shoulder belt
system when restraining the child in this
Booster Car Seat.
• Never use the Booster Car Seat with
only a vehicle lap belt across front of
child. Using a Booster Car Seat with
only a lap belt could result in serious
injury or death.
• Snugly adjust the lap/shoulder belt
around child according to the instructions
in the vehicle’s owner’s manual.
- Shoulder belt must be properly
positioned over shoulder (NOT
touching child’s neck and NOT
off shoulder).
- Vehicle lap belt must be positioned
low on the hips, contacting the thighs.
- Never use shoulder belt loose,
positioned under child’s arm, or
behind child.
