6.2. Forward facing installation:
ISOFIX and Top Tether (76-105cm)
IMPORTANT!
Do not use forward facing before the child´s age
exceeds 15 months.
Put the ISOFIX insertion guides into the two ISOFIX attachment
points of your vehicle. If you don´t have insertion guides skip this step.
NOTE:
The ISOFIX attachment points are located between the
surface and the backrest of the vehicle seat.
1. Press the ISOFIX button and by pulling extract the arms
completely.
2. Hold the safety seat with both hands and insert the two ISOFIX
arms firmly into the insertion guides until they fasten with a click
on both sides. The indicator will turns into green on both sides.
3. Push the seat towards until it rests firmly against the vehicle seat.
Take the Top Tether and press the Top Tether regulator to extend
the strap. Fix the safety hook to the Top Tether anchor point
recommended in your vehicle instruction.
CAUTION!
Make sure to use the Top Tether anchor point.
Look for this symbol in your vehicle:
To tighten the Top Tether, take up any slack by pulling the free end
of the belt through the Top Tether adjuster. The Top Tether will be
correctly tightened when the tension indicator change to green.
