SERVING/CLEARING
TROLLEY
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
en
The B.PRO serving/clearing trolley is a hand-guided cart with shelves used to carry food,
beverages, dishes and kitchen utensils, for example.
The serving/clearing trolley is particularly suitable for catering in social facilities (clinics, retirement
homes, children's day care centres), hotels and the food service industry (banquets, party
services), and for company catering (canteens, dining halls).
It is forbidden to transport persons with or on the trolley or its attachments.
The trolley must NOT be used as a substitute for a ladder or as a climbing frame (for children).
There is danger of it tipping over.
The owner is responsible for ensuring appropriate and proper use of the trolley.
Environment
The trolley may only be operated when the ambient temperature is between –10 °C and +38 °C.
Instruction of third parties
If the trolley is lent to third parties, these persons must be instructed in the safe handling of the
trolley and potential hazards must be pointed out.
General information
The serving/clearing trolley is made of stainless steel.
The trolley is equipped with a strong bumper rail. A noise-insulating anti-drumming mat is
mounted under each shelf. One corner on each anti-drumming mat is truncated due to the
production method used. The shelves are manufactured with an all-round raised profile edge.
The tube clamp frame serves as a push handle. The trolley steering castors are attached to the
tube clamp frame.
Handling and operation
Utensils are transported on the shelves.
The trolley is equipped with four steering castors as standard, two of which have castor brakes.
Push handles allow the trolley to be moved easily. Sturdy wall guards protect the trolley from
damage.
You will find the maximum load on the rating plate or in the
