Drain water from the
Bain-Marie basin

Water which is no longer required can be drained via the drain pipe below
the Bain-Marie basin. Each Bain-Marie basin has its own drain pipe.
Collection container (e.g. standard food container or bucket) with a
capacity of 4 liters available for each Bain-Marie basin
Caution!
Hot water!
When wet loading, hot water is present in the Bain-Marie basin. When the hot
water is drained, danger of scalding is present.
Allow the unit to cool off before it is cleaned.
Place a collection container under the drain pipe.
In order to open the shut-off cock pull the detent pawl to the lever (1.) and
turn the lever so that it is positioned parallel to the shut-off cock (2.).
Drain water.
