When using a support crossbar or two support crossbars crosswise, the
following standard food containers can be hung in the Bain-Marie basin:
GN 1/2, GN 1/4, GN 2/3, GN 1/3, GN 1/6, GN 2/8 and GN 1/9. When
using a support crossbar lengthwise, the following standard food con-
tainers can be hung in the Bain-Marie basin: GN 2/4, GN 1/4 and GN 1/6.
Loading example with one support crossbar crosswise: one standard
food container GN 1/2 and two standard food containers GN 1/4.
Insert the corresponding support crossbar or crossbars as is necessary.

If the unit is to be used to maintain the temperature of food: Unit has been
preheated for at least 60 minutes
Food is located in standard food containers with covers
Food on trays is covered with cloches
Open the unit doors.
Insert the standard food containers or standard food trays into the unit
compartment/unit compartments.
Close the device doors.

Lift the deposit shelf until it is about 30° above the horizontal.
Now push the deposit shelf at a downward slope towards the unit and let
it latch in the two latching devices at the sides.
Check once more to ensure that the deposit shelf is properly latched in
the
two
latching devices, correcting if necessary.

Now lift the deposit shelf at an upward slope away from the unit until the
two latching devices disengage.

Coupling carts together

For a change of location, correspondingly equipped carts can be coupled
together by means of a hitch. A single cart or carts which are coupled
together can be connected to a towing vehicle using the hitch.

In the rest position, the hitch is pressed up against the side wall of the
device with a spring. For connection of the hitch to the fastening pin of
the other unit, the hitch is folded down.
Position the carts in such a way that the hitch-side of one cart faces the
pin-side of the other cart.
Pull the locking pin out of the pin (the locking pin is fastened with a chain
to the cart).
Fold the hitch down and guide it under the pin of the other cart.
