Installing table models
Setup
‒ horizontally and vibration free,
‒ under an extraction hood with flame-retardant filters,
‒ not on heated surfaces,
‒ not on flammable surfaces,
‒ not against flammable walls.
‒ not above heat radiating appliances, for example, above baking oven or heat cabinets.

Remove protective film from appliance. Remove residual adhesive with cleaner or benzene.

Use the screw feet and align the appliance horizontally.

For standalone setup of appliances on narrow tables or base structures: Prevent the appliance
and the table or substructure from tipping over and displacement, e.g. by screwing it to the wall or
ground.
9.4
Connect the electrical power supply
DANGER! Hazardous electric voltage!
Risk of electric shock that may result in serious injury or death!
● The electrical installations must only be carried out by authorized customer service
or a qualified electrician!

Switch off the appliance and secure it against switching on!
● The electrical connection must be carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of the
VDE 0100 and of the respective responsible energy supply company.
● The flexible mains lead must be at least H 07 RN-F.
● For appliances with mains sockets, the mains socket must be easily accessible.
● For safety reasons, we recommend installing a residual current circuit breaker (RCB). Important
for induction appliances: Short term delayed sensitive to all currents use FIcircuit breaker ≥ 30
mA.
● Observe the data on the type plate when making the electrical connection!
● Set the rotary switch of the appliance to OFF, only then should you plug the mains plug into a
correctly installed plug socket!
