(Q) CN28 :IDE 3 Connectors
(Primary ATA/66 IDE port)
(R) CN29: IDE 4 Connectors
(Secondary ATA/66 IDE port)
There are two IDE cables come with the mainboard - the 80-conductor cable and
the 40-conductor cable. IDE3 and IDE4 support the ATA / 66 burst data transfer
rate. So the performance will be doubled when compared with the traditional
ATA /33 mode. In order to maximize the data transfer rate on these IDE port, the
80-conductor cable is recommended to be used to connect the IDE devices. (
please refer to Section 3-6 to configure these ATA/66 IDE ports)

(S) Push buttons and LED connectors
A series of connectors are designed on the mainboard to connect the push buttons
and LED indicators on the front panel. Followings are the details:
