During the beating process, the EVs of the instant products is very important; they allow the
hot water from the boiler into the beaters to elaborate the instant products. These are housed
on a brass support that is at a constant temperature, because it is fixed to the hot water
boiler. This way the water for elaborating the instant products does not suffer temperature
losses and reaches the beaters at an adequate temperature.
