STANDARD WARRANTY and
REPAIR SERVICE
Standard Warranty
Axon Instruments warrants its non-consumable hardware products to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of invoice. The
warranty covers the cost of parts and labor to repair the product. Products returned
to our factory for repair must be properly packaged with transportation charges
prepaid and the shipment fully insured. We will pay for the return shipping of the
product to the customer. If the shipment is to a location outside the United States,
the customer will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and freight clearance
charges if applicable.
The warranty is valid when the product is used for its intended purpose and does
not cover products which have been modified without approval from Axon
Instruments, or which have been damaged by abuse, accident or connection to
incompatible equipment.
To obtain warranty service, follow the procedure described in the Repair Service
section. Failure to do so will cause long delays and additional expense to the
customer.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
