Ensure the camera is properly seated in the mount.

In rare cases, the Axon Fleet power unit may be substantially drained and may
take 15–20 minutes to charge with the vehicle “on.” The camera should boot
when sufficient charge is regained.
Cannot login to Axon View XL and receive “Cannot reach evidence.com” message:

Ensure the computer is connected to the Internet.
Videos will not upload via the Axon View XL program:

Camera will not boot, but has a 1-second beep every 10 seconds:
In this case, the camera may
be above its allowable operating temperature.
