parts and hardware from the inside of the machine and unbolt the machine from the pallet.
-----
FLOOR:
This tool distributes a large amount of weight over a
small area. Make certain that the floor is capable of
supporting both the weight of the machine and the
operator. The floor should also be a level surface.
If the unit
wobbles or rocks once in place, be sure to
eliminate by using shims.
f) take care that the machine is placed only on stable and even surfaces;
j) operators adequately trained in the use, adjustment and operation of the machine;
k) only sharpened tools manufactured in accordance with the requirements of EN 847-1:2005+A1:2007 shall be
used;
l) only milling tool for hand feed with a cutting width of less than or equal to 20 mm, marked MAN in accordance with
EN 847-1:2005 +A1:2007 shall be used;
n) no saw blade shall be used where the maximum marked speed is lower than the selected rotational speed of the
saw spindle;
p) the riving knife shall be used, set so that it reaches at least a level 2 mm below the highest point on the periphery of
the saw blade and that the gap between the riving knife and the saw blade shall be at least 3 mm and shall not
exceed 8 mm;
q) push blocks or push sticks shall be used when cutting small workpieces and in circumstances where it is
necessary to push the workpiece against the fence,
Maximum cutting size: 800mm;
s) when cross-cutting round stock it is necessary to secure the workpiece against rotation by using a suitable jig or
holder and to use a suitable saw blade;
t) adequate general or localised lighting shall be provided;
w) during use the saw benches shall be connected to an external chip and dust extraction system;
NOTE External chip and dust extraction equipment with fixed installations are dealt with in EN 12779:2004+A1:
2009.
x) instruction that the dust extraction equipment is to be switched on before commencing machining;
2) when the machine is not in use, please test the brake frequency once a month.
3) brake - by functional testing to check that the machine is braked within the specified time;
The test time is 10s, the test frequency is 50Hz. If there is a problem, it will be shut down for use.

"The figures quoted are emission levels and are not necessarily safe working levels. Whilst there is a correlation
between the emission and exposure levels, this cannot be used reliably to determine whether or not further
precautions are required. Factors that influence the actual level of exposure of the workforce include the
characteristics of the work room and the other sources of noise etc. i.e. the number of machines and other adjacent
processes. Also the permissible exposure level can vary from country to country. This information, however, will
enable the user of the machine to make a better evaluation of the hazard and risk."
ll) design specifications for the protective device for machines with riving knife mounted saw blade guard shall be
given: such protective device shall be made out of chip able material; of a length of 400 mm; of a dimension square to
the parallel fence of at least 200 mm.
