Using the pizza stone on charcoal/
briquette grill
1. Light the coal/briquettes and wait until

OPERATION
Using the pizza stone on LPG grills
IMPORTANT:
Light only the burners that will NOT be
directly under the stone. For grills with 2 or
more burners, place the pizza stone over an
unlit burner. For single burner grills, turn the
burner to the lowest setting available.
1. Preheat the grill to approximately 190° to
200°C with the stone on the grill.
2. Sprinkle a little flour onto the pizza stone
before use. This will prevent the pizza from
sticking to the stone.
3. Place the pizza on the pizza stone. Keep
the pizza away from open flames to
prevent it getting burnt.
4. Close the grill lid.
5. Bake the pizza and rotate it at regular
intervals until the crust is golden brown
and cheese is melted. Total grilling time
depends on grill temperature.
6. Carefully remove the pizza from the pizza
stone using a pizza shovel.
7. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before
serving.
8. Leave the pizza stone to cool down on the
grill.
