The 2x5 pin wafers are Universal Serial Bus (USB) connectors, CN16 and CN17. They
are for installing versatile USB interface peripherals. The CN16 is designed with +5V
level standby power which can provide power when system is in suspend mode.
CN16 carries USB port 2 and 3 while CN17 carries USB port 4 and 5.
