Object 6150h: Thermocouple Status
This read-only object reflects the status of the associated thermocouple input field value. When set
to zero, it indicates that the data measured is within normal operating limits. When the least
significant bit in the byte is set to 1, it indicates that the data is outside of the normal operating
range. Other bits in the byte are set as per the following bit combinations.
