Within the 5766, there are operating status indicators located on the front of each amplifier
module. These indicators provide indication as to the operating condition of each module.
The top to bottom arrangement is:
OPERATING STATUS
ENABLE Indicates that module is enabled.
DC OK Indicates that the DC to DC converter is operating.
BIAS Indicates that –5VDC bias is present.
MOD OK Indicates that the amplifier module is functioning properly.
RF O/P Indicates that RF is being detected at the module output.
Under normal operation conditions, all of the above indicators should be lit. When the unit is
placed into the standby mode, only the bias indicator will be lit.
OPERATING ADJUSTMENTS
RF DETECTOR ADJ. Sets the operating threshold for the RF O/P LED.
