turn the adjuster screw on the side of the bar
clockwise until chain contacts underside of the bar.
Tighten nuts with the bar nose held up.
Pull the chain around the bar by hand. Loosen the

across the guide bar by hand.
The chain saw must lie against the bottom of the bar and it must be possible to pull it across the
guide bar by hand. If necessary, retension saw chain. When chain is properly tensioned then tighten
clutch cover nuts securely.
All chains require frequent adjustments - a new saw chain must be retensioned
more frequently than one that has been in use already for an extended period. A
loose chain wears faster and may damage the guide
FUEL AND OIL HANDLING
PETROL-OIL MIXTURE
This product is powered by an air-cooled 2-stroke engine and requires premixing
petrol and 2-stroke oil. It is important to accurately measure the amount of oil to be
mixed to ensure that the correct mixture is obtained. It is recommended to use
synthetic 2-stroke lubricant, to ensure top performance and engine longevity, and
automotive unleaded gasoline with a Research Octane Number of 95. The mixture
should be at 1:25 ratio, i.e. 100 ml of oil - 2.5 liter of petrol.
Before refuelling, the fuel tank filler should be cleaned in order to avoid getting dirt or water in the
fuel tank.
