Specifying Mail Server
Before the product is used to distribute document to e-mail
addresses, the network administrator must assign SMTP to the
product. The administrator can assign these parameters either
using the control panel or using the product’s web page.
SPECIFYING MAIL SERVER BY THE CONTROL PANEL

After turning on the product, press Menu button
on the
control panel. This prompts the login name message.
Login name:

Press the Select button
if the administrator has not
created a login name. This prompts the input password
message.
