Accessing System Information 

 

If you encounter an error message and can not solve the problem, you can send a 

report.txt file to your nearest service center for quick trouble shooting.    To send the 
report.txt file, please follow these steps. 

 

1.

 

Right-click the button icon (

) on the right bottom of your screen.     

A pop-up screen appears. 

 

 

2.

 

Click “About” to prompt the Information dialog box.     

 

 

3.

 

Click the Report button.    A report.txt file (C:\Button_Report.txt) will be   

generated and displayed on the screen.    Please send this file to the nearest   

service center for a quick trouble shooting.
