5 Test preparation
Make the following basic settings to ensure ready state:
1.
Close the ball valve (1) on the control module.
2.
Connect the output of the control module with the input on the valve system (red tubing, fig. 1,

).
3.
Plug the pressure indicators into outputs 2 and 4 on the valve system.
4.
Establish the electrical connection between the switch box (Fig. 1,

) and the valve system.
(Multipole connection cable or connection cable form C, industry)
5.
Switch the compressed air on.
6.
The compressed air is pre-set to 6.3 bar. Adjust it as required.
7.
Open the ball valve (1) (Fig. 11).
CAUTION
System is under high pressure
Incorrect or incomplete connections can result in uncontrolled pressure drops during
commissioning. Components being hurled away can cause damage to eyes.
O Wear safety glasses for the entire test process.
