8 Declaration of Conformity
9 Guarantee
For your AUSTROFLAMM pellet stove, we guarantee the flawless function of the main structure for 6
years and for 2 years for all further components made of steel and cast iron, starting from the date of
initial purchase. Parts made of steel or cast iron which have been proven to have material or
workmanship defects shall be replaced by new parts.
We provide no guarantee on wear and tear parts (e.g.: Keramott, seals, bottom grate and all electrical
and electronic components as per Item 11.2), surface coatings, paint, glass and ceramics.
Prerequisites for our guarantee coverage are:
5. Your AUSTROFLAMM has been operated in accordance with with the user instructions and was
installed by a qualified specialist.
6. A guarantee claim is enforced by presenting a completely filled out guarantee card and the invoice to
a AUSTROFLAMM specialist dealer.
IMPORTANT:
Our
guarantee coverage comprises the free delivery of the new parts. Labour hours
and travel times are not included. An unjustified claim for guarantee coverage shall be charged back to
the operator.
