Where an amplifier is used for PA only (not monitored) the amplifier channel fault

indications need to be disabled. If this is not carried out the amplifier will display a fault

on the front panel.

This modification reduces system monitoring and therefore must not be used on life

safety systems. This modification is ONLY for amplifiers using D800 Issue B.
