Master Outputs
Overview
The ALM-12d console has four master analog outputs: two stereo outputs
- PGM (Program) and AUD (Audition); and two mono outputs - MONO1 and
MONO2. The two stereo outputs are also duplicated in digital format.
All user wiring takes place at DB-25 connectors, located on the rear of the
console. There are two connectors: “ANALOG OUT” handles analog outputs
and “DIGITAL OUT” handles digital outputs (AES format).
Master outputs also generate the console’s monitor signals, which feed the
Control Room and Studio.
This section also generates the CUE and TB outputs, which are available
at the “ANALOG OUT” connector.
