Off
The Auto Start function is disabled. If you connect the unit to
mains power, STERN will go into stand-by mode. You have to
push the
key on the front panel or alternatively the
'
STERN
' key of the Audionet Metal Remote Control to start
up the unit into normal operating mode.
On
The Auto Start function is active. As soon as you connect the
unit to mains power, STERN will start up and automatically turn
on the normal operating mode. Select this setting for timer con-
trolled operations.
Auto Power Off
The Audionet STERN is equipped with an input signal detection circuit. The
STERN will shut down automatically (Auto Power Off function) when no input
signal is detected for a period of 20 minutes on the currently selected input chan-
nel.
Turn the rotary encoder clockwise to activate the Auto Power Off function
of STERN. Turn the rotary encoder counter clockwise to disable the Auto Power
Off function.
Off
The Auto Power Off function is disabled. STERN will stay pow-
ered on, not matter if there is an input signal on the currently
selected input channel or not. You have to push the key on
the front panel or alternatively use the '
STERN
' key of the Au-
dionet Metal Remote Control to power the unit down into
stand-by mode.
On
The Auto Power Off function is active. If no input signal is de-
tected on the currently selected input channel for a period of
more than 20 minutes, STERN will automatically power down to
stand-by mode.
