MAESTRO M9
Network Settings
Your Maestro M9 has the ability of playing Internet radio stations as well as
music stored on a network storage device like a PC or USB flash drive.
The Dirac room correction system requires the Maestro M9 to be connect-
ed to your network, as does the ability to use an iPad for remote control of
the Maestro M9.
Typically the computer network may use DHCP to automatically make the
necessary network settings although the Maestro M9 can also be config-
ured manually when using a static IP address.
USE DHCP
Use this setting if your network uses DHCP for assign-
ing an IP address.
IP Address -
When not using DHCP, use this setting to assign a
unique IP address to your Maestro M9.
Subnet Mask -
When not using DHCP, use this setting to assign the
subnet mask to your Maestro M9.
Gateway -
When not using DHCP, use this setting to enter the IP ad-
dress of the router connected to your Maestro M9.
Primary DNS -
When not using DHCP, use this setting to enter the
Primary DNS IP address of your Internet service provider.
Alternate DNS
-
When not using DHCP, use this setting to enter the
Secondary DNS IP address of your Internet service provider.
MAC Address (Information Only) -
Displays the unique network
card address of your Maestro M9.
