8.  SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS & ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION 

 

 

Protect the device against humidity, dust, direct sunlight and extremely 
cold (<10°C) or warm temperatures (>40°C). 

 

This is an electrical device. When it is drenched in water or other liquids, 
always disconnect the power adaptor and the line cord firstly before 
removing the device. 

 

Place the device always on a clean and solid surface. 

 

Do not press to hard on the buttons, treat the machine gently. 

 

Clean the device with a soft cloth, do not use liquids or sprays. 

 

Always remove the batteries before storing the device. 

 

Use no other than the original supplied power adaptor (12V DC 300mA). 

 

Do not open the machine. 

 

Environmental information

 

 

Natural resources were used and consumed for the manufacture of the 
appliance that you have just purchased. It may therefore contain 
substances that are dangerous to health and the environment. 

 

To prevent further distribution of these substances and to limit the use of 
natural resources, you are encouraged to use the appropriate recycling 
systems. With the help of these systems, most of the components of your 
old appliance will be reused or recycled. 

 

The symbol of a crossed-out rubbish bin means that you are requested to 
make use of these systems.
