Press the “ON/OFF” button once to turn on or off the answering machine.
The machine is in “ON” state, when the ANS LED is on. Select “answer and

switch. When using the machine in the OGM1 mode, the machine will send
out your personal OGM (if recorded) or the default OGM, followed by a
“beep”, to inform the caller that the recording starts.
When using the machine in the OGM2 mode, it is required to record a
personal OGM at first, because there is no default OGM in this mode. In the
OGM2 mode the caller will hear your message after 2 ring sounds and no
message can be recorded, the line will be disconnected 5 seconds later.
During these 5 seconds, the caller has the possibility to start up the remote
control by entering the (3 digit) pass code.

Attention: when a call is coming in and the machine is in “OFF” state, the
answering machine connects automatically after 10 ring sounds into remote
control mode. This means that other telephones connected to the system
will stop ringing.

flashing. Begin to speak the memo after hearing the “beep”, press the

when the memory is full.
