6. REMOTE CONTROL 

 

When the answering machine is turned ON (ANS LED is on) and in OGM1 
mode, the caller can activate the remote control function, after hearing the 
“beep”, by entering the 3 digits of the remote control code. The machine will 
turn in waiting state, enter the operation code within eight seconds or the 
machine will automatically disconnect the line. 

 

1.  Operating the Recordings 

Press “10” to play the new messages in the public mailbox. 
Press “11” to play the new messages in the private mailbox1. 
Press “12” to play the new messages in the private mailbox2. 
Press “20” to play all messages in the public mailbox. 
Press “21” to play all messages in the private mailbox1. 
Press “22” to play all messages in the private mailbox2. 
Press “6” to skip to the next message. 
Press “4” to repeat the previous message. 
Press “5” to repeat the present message. 
Press “3” to erase the present message. 
During the playing of a recorded message, press “

” to insert a pause and 

hit the key again to continue the playing. 
Press “#” to stop the playing and return to the remote control waiting state. 
When the playing is finished and no keys are pressed within 8 seconds the 
machine will hang up automatically. 
Press “#” to stop or hang up the phone. 
 

2. Erasing Messages 

Press “30” to erase all messages in the public mailbox. 
Press “31” to erase all messages in the private mailbox1. 
Press “32” to erase all messages in the private mailbox2. 
 

3. OGM Recording 

Press “7” to record a new outgoing message. 
Hearing a “beep”, you can record a new OGM through your phone, press “#” 
to stop. The maximum length of the OGM is two minutes; the recording will 
stop automatically when the time is up. When the recording is done, the 
answering machine will play once the new recorded OGM. 
 

4. Monitoring Mode 

Press “8” to enter the monitoring mode. The caller will hear all noises nearby 
the answering machine, press “

” within 30 seconds, to prolong the 

monitoring time for another 30 seconds. 
 

5.  Select ANSWER ON/OFF mode 

Press “9” to select ANSWER ON/OFF mode
