During a call
Switching to speakerphone mode
People present in the room can participate in your call.
Prerequisite:
You are conducting a call via the handset.

Hold down the key and replace the handset. Then release the key and
proceed with your call

U.S. mode
If your communication system is set to U.S. mode (consult your ad-
ministrator), you do not have to hold down the speaker key when re-
placing the handset when switching to speakerphone mode.
Press the key shown.

Switching to the handset
Prerequisite:
You are conducting a call in speakerphone mode.

Lift the handset. Proceed with your call. The handsfree microphone is
switched off.
Open listening in the room during a call
You can let other people in the room join in on the call. Let the other
party know that you have turned on the speaker.
Prerequisite:
You are conducting a call via the handset.
Activating
Press the key shown. The hands-free microphone remains switched
off.
Deactivating
Press the key shown.
