Fish soup

60  g.  salmon  fillet,  1/2  potato,  1  bulb  onion, 
bay  leaf,  2-3  corns  of  black  pepper,  1/2 
teaspoon of olive oil. Cut fish into dice and put 
into  the  bowl.  Add  diced  potato,  some  bulb 
onion, bay leaf, black pepper. Pour with boiling 
water. Preparation time – 30-40 mins.

Pilaf with mutton

500 g. meat, 1,5 glasses of rice, 1 carrot, 1 bulb 
onion, garlic, spices. Cut meat into small pieces. 
Grease the bowl with butter and parch meat in 
it. Then fry carrot pieces and onion cubes in the 
bowl,  add  rice,  meat,  salt,  curcuma,  saffron, 
coriander, peppercorn, 3 garlic cloves, mix and 
pour with boiling water 2.5 cm over rice 
Preparation time –45 mins.

Home-made roast 

200g beef, chopped into pieces of 30-40g, 30g 
mutton  suet,  1  chopped  onion,  1  tomato  or 
1/2 spoons of tomato puree, 1 teaspoon salt, 
1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 
Melt out the sliced suet into cracklings in the 
bowl. Put all ingredients.
Preparation time –35 mins.

Omelette with tomatoes

egg - 2, flour - 1/2 teaspoon, milk - 1 spoon, 
tomato  -  1,  oil  -  1/2  teaspoon,  salt  -  1/4 
teaspoon.
Scald  tomato,  peel,  cut  finely.  Fluff  up  eggs, 
add  flour  mixed  with  water,  fluff  up,  salt.    Mix 
everything and pour into greased bowl. 
Preparation time – 18-20 mins.

Poultry
Chicken legs

2 chicken legs, 1 sliced bell pepper, 3 spoons 
of tomato paste, spices and salt to taste.
Pickle  chicken  as  usual.  Cook  pickled  legs  in 
greased bowl with little water.
Preparation time – 30-40 mins.

RECIPES

Pickled chicken legs

2 chicken legs, cut scullion, 1 sliced pear, grated 
cheese - 100 g., 200 g. sour cream. Spices and 
salt  to  taste.  Pickle  chicken  as  usual.  Cook 
pickled  legs  in  greased  bowl  with  little  water. 
Potatoes may be served as garnish.
Preparation time – 30-40 mins.

Pickled duck

Dressed  duck  1  kg,  15  g.  salt,  4  g.  powdered 
pepper,  granular  thyme,  fresh  or  dry,  50  g. 
powdered  garlic,  5  bay  leaves.  Pickle  poultry 
as usual. Cook duck in greased bowl with little 
water. 
Preparation time – 25-30 mins.

Meat
Pork or beef chop

Take 100 g. of neck part in one piece 1-1,5 cm 
thick. Chop it a little, add salt and pepper, cook 
in a greased bowl.
Preparation time – 20 mins.

Pork in mustard

700 g. port fillet, 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, 
or  any  other  kind  of  mustard,  1  spoon  of  oil, 
3  cloves  of  chopped  garlic,  salt  and  pepper 
to  taste.  Pickle  meat  as  usual.  Cook  pork  in 
greased bowl.
Preparation time –25-30 mins.

Home-made cutlets

200 g. minced meat, bacon - 50 g., slice of white 
bread,  1/2  peeled  onion,  2  cloves  of  garlic,  1 
teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. 
Operate everything excluding salt and pepper in 
a mincing machine and mix, pour 1/2 glass of 
water,  salt,  pepper,  mix.  While  making  cutlets 
the  endings  should  be  sharpened.  Coat  with 
breadcrumbs, cook in a greased bowl.
Preparation time – 20 mins.

Zrazy with mushrooms

200  g.  minced  meat,  bacon  -  50  g.,  slice  of 
white  bread,  1/2  peeled  onion,  2  cloves  of 
garlic,  1  teaspoon  of  salt,  1/2  teaspoon  of
