Pay attention to the correct running direction of the saw blade: The
arrow on the safety guard and the arrow on the saw blade must show to
the same direction.
Transport
Remove mains plug before each transport.
Before each transport:
1.
Push the tilt table towards the saw blade.
2.
Turn down the safety hook until it engages.
Transport:
Hold the handle (14), put one foot onto the axle and
tilt the firewood saw towards your body.
In this position, it is easy to move the saw.
Putting down:
Put one foot onto the axle and carefully put down
the firewood saw.
8.
Reinstall the front saw blade flange and the washer.
9.
Secure the saw blade using the screw.
10.
Slide the both washers (9) on the support pin (10).
11.
Lift the tilt table and guide the support pin into the hole (A).
12.
Install the cover plate (12) in its guide at the same time.
A second person may be required.
13.
Plug the spring cotter pins through the support pin.
14.
Remove the locking pin (13).
Replacing the plastics insert
Immediately replace the worn or damaged plastics inserts (18).
Storage
1.
Loosen the screws of the plastics insert and remove them.
2.
Insert a new plastic insert and screw it tightly in place.
Pull out power plug
Replacing
the
recuperating
spring
Store unused equipment in a dry, locked place out of the reach of
children.
Immediately replace a worn or damaged recuperationg spring.
Before a longer period of storage carry out the following to extend the
saw service life and ensure an easy operating:
1.
Pull out the spring cotter pin (4). When doing so, firmly hold the tilt
table.

thoroughly clean the device
2.
Slowly lower the tilt table towards the ground.

treat all movable parts with an environmentally friendly oil
3.
Remove the two washers (9) and the return spring (11).
4.
Slide a new return spring and the two washers on the support pin.
Never use any grease!
5.
Lift the tilt table and guide the support pin into the hole (A).
6.
Install the cover plate (12) in its guide at the same time.
A second person may be required.
Guarantee
7.
Plug the spring cotter pins through the support pin.
Please observe the enclosed terms of guarantee.
Possible faults
Before each fault elimination:
