Align the spindle boot and the boot ring with the holes in the ring cylinder.
9. Slide the boot onto the turbine motor and align the edge of the boot to the edge of the
contact sleeve.

Apply Loctite 222 to the threads of the (9) M3 socket button head cap screws.

Use a 2 mm hex key to install the (9) M3 socket button head cap screws that secure the spindle
boot and boot ring to the front housing assembly. Tighten to contact plus one additional flat.
12. Stretch the garter spring over the boot, and seat it in the groove on the contact sleeve.

13. Install the deburring tool to the robot or work location.
14.
Connect the air hose to the spindle supply fitting and the compliance air fitting.
15. Apply and/or unlock the spindle motor air supply.
