2. Fill in the fields according to the information provided in the table, below:
Field Description
User Name The name that the new user will log in with. The name
cannot be longer than eight characters.
Description A short note to describe this account (optional).
Password The password that the new user will log in with.

Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and
cannot be longer than 16 characters. We recommend
using alphanumeric passwords for better security.

Passwords are case sensitive.

Parenthesis, slashes, asterisks, spaces, the at sign (@),
and the hash sign (#) are not allowed.
Confirm
Password Reenter the user’s password to confirm you entered it
correctly.
Permissions Choose the permissions for this user.
3. When you have finished, click OK to save your changes. To exit without saving
any changes, click Cancel.
Removing Users:
To remove a user, select the user in the Username list, then click Remove.
