Using Options During a Call
During a voice call or video call, you will see a number of call
options. Tap one of the following options:
Voice Call Options
• Tap
mute
to mute or unmute your microphone.
• Tap
keypad
to switch to the keypad when you need to enter a
code (for example, the PIN for your voicemail or bank account)
during the call.
• Tap
hold
to put the current call on hold.
• Tap
Bluetooth
when a Bluetooth device is connected to switch
to speaker mode.
• Tap
Show me
to switch to a single channel video call.
• Tap
Video Call
to switch to a video call.
Video Call Options
During a video call, tap the screen to see options.
• Tap (using mobile data) / (using Wi-Fi) to end the
current call.
• Tap to change video mode. In the Video mode panel, tap
Hide me
to end your video without ending the call, or tap
Voice only
to switch to a voice call.
• Tap
to put the current video call on hold.
• Tap
to mute the voice.

Tap to switch between the back camera and the front camera.
