Message playback
When messages are playing on the handset:

to stop playback. The screen shows

the caller’s number is available. If the dialing format used is not correct, then
use the following option to choose the correct dialing format before calling

The equalizer stays on the same settings until you change it by pressing

Delete all old messages
You can only delete old (reviewed) messages. You cannot delete new messages
until you review them. You cannot retrieve deleted messages.
To delete all old messages on the telephone base:
1. When the telephone is idle, press
X/DELETE
. The system announces,
“To
delete all old messages, press DELETE again.”
2. Press
X/DELETE
again. The system announces,
“All old messages deleted.”
To delete all old messages on the handset:
