TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems Causes Solutions
The product can not be
started.
1. The plug is not in place.
2. The power switch is off.
3. The fuse is burn.
1. Insert the plug
2. Turn switch on the indicator.
3. Replace with a new fuse of the
same mode.
Sound is heard during
workout
Normal sound generated by the
motor or from the abrasion between
mechanical units.
No additional treatment is required.
The remote control
no longer works
1. The batteries are empty.
2. The remote control is too far from
the vibrating plate.
1. Replace the batteries.
2. The maximum possible distance
is 2.5m. Please do not exceed this.
Sudden stop of the
Vibrating plate
The specified training time is over.
The device starts again after 10
minutes.
There is no connection
The vibrating plate receives
too many signals.
Turn off the device and try again.
