Heart rate control ( HRC )
You can chose workout based on your heart rate.
During the workout, the speed and incline will be adjusted automatically, based on your heart rate.
The workout time is 22 minutes and can not be changed.

• HP1:
The incline will be adjusted automatically.
The speed can be adjusted manually by the user.
• HP2:
The speed will be adjusted automatically. The incline can be adjusted manually by the user.
The maximum speed is 14km/h.
• HP3:
The treadmill adjusts the speed and incline automatically to hold your heart rate. If the speed ad-
justment isn‘t enough to reach your heart rate, the incline will be adjusted.
The maxium speed is 12km/h.

In this field your age will be shown. The standard value is 30 years. Adjust the age with

Procedure:
• Warmup: 0 - 3 minutes
During the warmup, the speed is 3km/h.
During the warmup, you can change the speed and incline, without changing the heart rate pro-
gramm based on your heart rate.
• Workout: 3 - 22 minutes
The treadmill checks your heart rate every 10 seconds. If the value differs from your target heart
rate, the speed and / or the incline will be adjusted based on the program.
HP1 adjusts the incline automatically by 1%.
HP2 adjusts the speed automatically by 0.5km/h.
HP3 adjusts the speed by 0.5km/h. If thate maximum speed is not enough to reach your target
heart rate, the incline will be adjusted automatically.
