Quickstart
Start your workout without any goal by pressing

The treadmill starts with the slowest speed of 1km/h after a 3 second countdown.
Your current speed will be shown in the SPEED window, your incline in the INCLINE window.
You can adjust your speed with the following buttons (

The workout has no specific goal and ends if the following button is pressed (
).
During the workout the computer will show how long you‘ve been training ( TIME ), how far you‘ve
been running ( DISTANCE ) and your calorie consumption ( CAL ).
In the case you‘re using a chestbelt or the handlepulsesensors, your current heart rate will be shown
( PULSE ).

Wished workouttime ( settable in a range of 08:00 ~ 99:00 minutes )
DISTANCE
Distance ( settable in a range of 1.0 ~ 99.0 km )
CAL
Calories you want to burn ( settable in a range of 20 ~ 990kcal )

The calorie consumption is calculated by standard values and can differ from the real value.
