1. Tap the Enter key to enter the setting mode.
2. Then tap the „ENTER“ button again to make the settings for Time → Distance → Calorie → Age.
3. Tap the “UP” or “DOWN” button to adjust the setting up or down and tap the “ENTER” button
again to advance to the next value.
4. Tap the „START / STOP“ button to start training.
5. You can accept the resistance value automatically during the workout or tap „UP“ or „DOWN“ to
make the setting manually.
6. If time, distance, calories, or any of these settings are set, the corresponding value in training status
is inverted.
When the set target values have been reached, the training session ends and an audible signal
sounds.
7. Tap the „START / STOP“ button to end the workout.
8. Make sure your hands are on the sensors during exercise.
