1. Tap the „UP“ or „DOWN“ button to select a specific function
2. Tap the „START / STOP“ button to start the exercise or press the „ENTER“ button to enter the
setting mode.
3. In the setting status, tap the „ENTER“ button to select setting elements with the corresponding
flashing window for TIME, DISANCE, CALORIE, AGE.
4. Tap the „UP“ or „DOWN“ button to adjust the setting up or down and press the „ENTER“ button to
advance to the next item.
5. In the setting status, tap the „START / STOP“ button to start the training directly.
6. You can set the resistance value via the programs or tap „UP“ „DOWN“ to make the setting
manually.
7. If time, distance, calories, or any of these settings are set, the corresponding value in training status
is inverted.
When the set target values have been reached, the training session ends and an audible signal
sounds.
8. Tap the „START / STOP“ button to end the workout.
