2.8 Connectors

Rear panel connectors

RJ-45 ports for LAN. These ports allows Gigabit connection to a LAN through a network
hub. Refer to the
LAN port LED indications
table for more information.

PS/2 keyboard/mouse port (purple/green). This port is for a PS/2 keyboard or mouse.

RJ-45 port for iKVM. This RJ-45 port functions only when you enable ASMB8 controller.
4. Q-Code LEDs. The Q-Code LED design provides you with a 2-digit error code that
displays the system status. Refer to the
Q-Code table
for more details

Video Graphics Adapter (VGA) port. This port is for a VGA monitor or other VGA-
compatible devices.

Power-on Button. Press this button to turn on the system.
7.
USB 3.0 ports 1 and 2. These two 4-pin Universal Serial Bus (USB) ports are available
for connecting USB 3.0 devices.
