Marvell IDE/eSATA [Legacy Mode]
Allows you to enable or disable the onboard Marvell IDE/eSATA controller.
Configuration options: [Legacy Mode] [Disabled]
IDE/eSATA Boot ROM [Enabled]
This item appears only when you set the previous item to [Legacy Mode].
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
Speeding HDD Control [Auto]
Allows you to enable or disable the
SPEEDING HDD1
and
SPEEDING HDD2
ports. Configuration options: [Auto] [Enabled] [Disabled]
Speeding HDD Mode Update [Current setting]
Set this item to [Mode change] to show further settings of the Speeding HDD
feature. Configuration options: [Current setting] [Mode change]
The following three items appear when you set
Speeding HDD Mode Update
to [Mode change].
Update To Super Speed [Press Enter]
Allows you to use
Super Speed
function. Connect two identical SATA hard
drives to the
SPEEDING HDD1
and
SPEEDING HDD2
ports, and then press
the <Enter> key.
Update To EZ Backup [Press Enter]
Allows you to use
EZ Backup
function. Connect two identical SATA hard
drives to the
SPEEDING HDD1
and
SPEEDING HDD2
ports, and then press
the <Enter> key.

Back up your data stored in these two SATA hard drives before using
Speeding HDD function
. In
EZ Backup
mode, data stored in the drive
connected to
SPEEDING HDD2
port will be erased. In
Super Speed
mode,
data stored in both drives will be erased.

Update To Normal Mode [Press Enter]
In this mode, both
SPEEDING HDD1
and
SPEEDING HDD2
ports function
as ordinary SATA ports.
