Zoom
This feature enables a magnified view of a
screen region under and around the mouse
cursor. The zoomed view appears on the
monitor on which the mouse is not pointing.
Enable zoom feature
This control turns on the zoom function. The
default setting is selected.
Hot keys to control zoom features
This feature specifies hot key combinations
other than the defaults listed on the previous
page. Press any valid key, including the F#
function keys. Keys unavaliable for hotkeys
are: ESC, ENTER, TAB, SPACEBAR,
PRINT SCREEN, or BACKSPACE.
Zoom update frequency (updates per second)
This setting updates the “refresh” frequency of the magnified view in number of
times per seconds (default: 8; it can be set from 1 to 100 times per second).
Normally, the magnified view is updated whenever the mouse cursor is moved and
is updated at a fixed interval when the mouse cursor is still.
Delay before switching zoom monitor (msec)
This field controls the time delay in milleseconds (default: 500; it can be set from 0
to 1000 milleseconds) before the zoomed view switches monitors when you move
your mouse cursor from one monitor to the other. Change the setting to 0 for instant
switching of zoom windows.
