NO MACHINE POWER
The machine is switched off.
Turn on the machine.
NO WATER IN BOILER
The water mains tap is shut off.
Open the water mains tap.
TOO MUCH WATER IN THE BOILER
Electrical system or hydraulic system malfunction.
Turn off the machine and request the Maintenance
Technician.
STEAM IS NOT COMING OUT OF THE
STEAM NOZZLES
•
The nozzle sprayer is clogged.
•
The machine is switched off.
•
Clean the steam nozzle sprayer.
•
Turn on the machine.
STEAM MIXED WITH WATER COMES
OUT OF THE STEAM NOZZLES
Electrical system or hydraulic system malfunction.
Turn off the machine and request the Maintenance
Technician.
DOES NOT DISPENSE
•
The water mains tap is shut.
•
The coffee grind is too fine.
•
Open the tap of the water mains.
•
Adjust the coffee grinder.
WATER LEAKS FROM THE MACHINE
•
The tray is not draining.
•
The drain pipe is broken, has detached, or the water
flow is obstructed.
•
Check the sewer drain.
•
Check and reconnect the drain pipe to the tray.
COFFEE IS TOO HOT OR TOO COLD
Electrical system or hydraulic system malfunction.
Turn off the machine and request the Maintenance
Technician.
COFFEE IS BEING DISPENSED TOO
QUICKLY
The coffee has been ground too coarsely.
Adjust the coffee grinder.
COFFEE IS BEING DISPENSED TOO
SLOWLY
The coffee has been ground too finely.
Adjust the coffee grinder.
WET COFFEE GROUNDS
•
The dispensing group is dirty.
•
The dispensing group is too cold.
•
The coffee has been ground too finely.
•
The coffee is too old.
•
Wash the group with the blind filter.
•
Wait for the group to fully heat up.
•
Adjust the coffee grinder.
•
Replace with fresh coffee.
THE PRESSURE GAUGE INDICATES AN
UNACCEPTABLE PRESSURE
Hydraulic system failure.
Turn off the machine and request the Maintenance

GROUNDS FOUND IN CUPS

The filter holder is dirty.
