Ergonomics
To set the ideal height position please consider the following notes:
For the optimal seating position, please first adjust the height of your seat so that thigh and lower thigh result in angle of
about 90°. Then adjust the height of the table in that way that arm and forearm are at a 90° angle to each other.
For the optimal height of the desktop adjust the table in that way that arm and forearm are at a 90° angle to each other.
