Setting the reference points
The desks may have to be re-initialized when set up for the first
time, following a power failure or after being disconnected from
the mains supply.
Initialisation
Read through the following steps carefully before starting so that
the initialization procedure can be completed without difficulty –
this is important on account of the specified times which must be
maintained exactly.
Press DOWN
▼
until the desk automatically stops at the lowest
height position. Releasing the DOWN
▼
key (approx. 2-3 seconds)
and then pressing it again (feature is only activated for as long as
the key is pressed), causes the desk to continue moving to the
lowest desk position (initialisation position) at half speed.
When doing so, keep the DOWN
▼
button pressed until all drives
reach the lowest position. Only release the DOWN
▼
button
when the desk is no longer moving.
Now the desk can be initialised by pressing the DOWN
▼
key for
approx. 5 seconds until the desk has made a slight movement
downwards and back up again. Only release the DOWN
▼
button
when the desk is no longer moving. The desk is now initialised
and can be set to the user‘s custom height.
Please note:
Ensure that no rolling cabinets or other solid objects are blocking
the desk from reaching the lower end point. The desk is outfitted
with an non-collision feature by default which automatically stops
it if there are any obstructions and causes it to move in the oppo-
site direction. This can be misinterpreted as moving to the lowest
position. No initialization is taking place here and the procedure
must be repeated from the beginning.
Please note:
If the control keys are released when moving to the reference
point before the procedure is complete, the reference run will be
interrupted and the entire initialisation procedure must be repea-
ted from the beginning.
