Operation
Ending an alarm
1 Push the key pushbutton in the
unlock
direction.
The acoustic alarm is ended.
The green LED flashes at a ratio of 1:1. The yellow LED goes out.
The
alarm
(Fig. 4 page 46) relay is opened.
The alarm remains active.
The cause of the alarm can be queried using the key switch.
2 If not obvious, display the cause of the alarm
(“Determining the cause of the alarm”, page 59).
3 Remove the cause of the alarm, for example, close the door or pull out the
actuated EMERGENCY-OPEN switch.
When all the alarm causes have been removed, the green LED is permanently lit.
4 Lock the door:
The alarm memory is cleared
Determining the cause of the alarm
As long as an alarm has not been reset, the green LED lights up in a ratio of 1:1. As
long as the alarm has not been reset, the cause can be queried using the key
pushbutton.
1 First actuate the key switch to the left, then to the right and pay attention to
the LED signals (Tab. 9).
