5. Factory resets and Updates

Factory reset 

Open Settings > System >Reset options > Erase all data (Factory reset) > Reset Phone

Ensure that files are backed up before factory resetting as this will reset all data on the 

phone.

Updates 
To update the phone, go to Settings > System > System update > Check for updates
